QS Submersible centrifugal pump with water filled motor:

QS type water-filled submersible pump (QS submersible pump) consists of water pump and motor. The water pump is composed of impeller, guide vane (guide shell), inlet joint, outlet and other components. The submersible motor adopts water-filled structure, the stator winding and iron core are directly immersed in water, mainly used for motor cooling and sliding bearing lubrication, the motor stator winding adopts water-resistant electromagnetic wire, with good water-resistant performance, the rotor is a squirrel-cage structure. The upper end of the motor is provided with water injection holes and vent holes, and the lower end is provided with water discharge holes. The lower part of the motor is provided with thrust bearing to bear the axial force of the pump and the dead weight of the rotor. The extension end of rotor shaft is equipped with rubber sand-throwing device and oil seal of slide frame, forming a sand-preventing mechanism, which can effectively prevent sediment from entering the motor.

Three - phase motor is divided into rolling bearing and sliding bearing two kinds, sliding bearing with fine graphite sleeve and stainless steel thrust disk, respectively bear the radial force and axial force when the electric pump work, stable performance, reliable quality, seal ring and sand cap composed of the motor seal device.

QS submersible pump with water filled motor has the main advantages of reliable operation, durability, easy to use, large power, less trouble, low maintenance cost.  As long as the motor is filled with clear water, the pump can start normal operation.

QS submersible pump service conditions

The electric pump shall be able to work continuously under the following conditions:

1. The medium temperature shall not exceed 30℃;

2. The PH value of the medium is between 6.5 and 8.5;

3. The volume ratio containing solid impurities shall not exceed 0.1 percent and the particle size shall not exceed 0.2mm;

4. The power supply frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times of the rated value;

5. The diving depth shall not be less than 0.5m.
